- close grip pushups
- skull crushers followed by close grip press
- triceps external rotation press
- overhead triceps press
- triceps extensions
- single arm external rotation pull downs
- triceps cable press down
- triceps overhead pull down
Work through these exercises as a circuit or individually, doing 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps.
