Someone requested a triceps workout to tighten up the arms so let’s go! Knock this out with body weight, dumbbells and cable exercises.

  1. close grip pushups
  2. skull crushers followed by close grip press
  3. triceps external rotation press
  4. overhead triceps press
  5. triceps extensions
  6. single arm external rotation pull downs
  7. triceps cable press down
  8. triceps overhead pull down

Work through these exercises as a circuit or individually, doing 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps.
