This shoulders-biceps combo will bring you to your knees…literally. For today’s Vibrant Energy Training Tip, balance on one knee and press the dumbbells skyward simultaneously.
With both arms straight overhead, gently lower one dumbbell at a time, rotating arms. Make sure to keep the “resting” arm pressed straight overhead. Balancing on one knee forces you to engage your core for stability.
After completing 10-12 reps, lower the weights and drop to both knees. Then do single arm curls, rotating arms for 10-12 reps. Again, you’ll engage your core by being on your knees. That’s one circuit.
Recover for one minute before repeating the circuit 3-5 times total.
