Shoulders, Biceps And Traps With Dumbbells

Break out those dumbbells and let’s get to work! This Vibrant Energy Training Tip is a three-exercise circuit hitting shoulders, biceps and traps.

Start with alternating single arm overhead press, then bicep hammer curls (note handgrip and motion) and finish the circuit with shoulder shrugs. I normally do 10-12 reps of each exercise (condensed here due to video time constraints).

Recover for one minute before repeating the circuit. Complete the circuit 4-5 times. Doing the exercises back to back to back gets your heart rate up and helps build muscle endurance. Tag me to let me know how this circuit works for you.
