Leg Day

Like everyone else during this crisis, I’ve got my ups and downs. Some days, it feels like I’m weighted down, making it a real struggle to motivate, to show up, to be productive.

Sometimes it’s hour to hour or even moment to moment. Moving the body, getting the heart rate up and breaking a sweat always makes me feel better.

It makes me feel “normal” when nothing else in the world feels normal.
