More leg exercises with bodyweight for today’s Vibrant Energy Training Tip. By request, first is the prisoner walk. Hands locked behind your head. Touch knee to ground. Keep your chest up. 

Second is great for skaters and helps build explosive power. Jump stride followed by a hop. Do these exercises back to back at a distance (Rick does 40 yards) that makes you work. 

Repeat 3-5 times.
