Leg Day With Dumbbells

Leg day fun with dumbbells for today’s Vibrant Energy Training Tip.

Let’s go!

  1. Single-leg curtsy
  2. Squats 
  3. Sumo squats
  4. Static lunges 
  5. Single-leg dead lift 
  6. Lateral lunge 
  7. Roman dead lift 
  8. Sit backs (squeeze your glutes) 
  9. Single-leg bridges followed by standard glute bridges 

Knock out 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps.
