Get Outside

As we teeter perilously close to a return to complete lockdown, I needed to do something to come alive while I still have the freedom. Instead of running up and down stuffy stairwells as I’ve been doing the last 4 months, I ran sprints up hills in the Santa Monica Mountains.

My next open-air workout was a long beach run. Being outside in nature, whether it was amidst majestic mountainous views, breathtaking verdant vistas or while listening to the beachside rhythm of crashing waves, it was invigorating, rejuvenating and motivating to workout outdoors in the sun.
