Dumbbells Leg Day

Since dumbbells are the reason we still have to lift at home, let’s do a dumbbell leg day workout. 

  1. squats – dumbbells at shoulders 
  2. dead lift 
  3. sumo squat 
  4. bulgarian split squats 
  5. lateral lunges 
  6. lunges
  7. squats 

Do 3-5 sets of 12-15 reps of each exercise.
