Cables Workout
One of the things we missed the most when gyms were closed was cables. Let’s work through an upper body cable circuit.
- flies (chest) – the decline angle changes things
- tricep extensions
- lat pulls – doing them on one knee forces you to engage your core
- single arm bicep curls – cross chest and standard
- rear flies (shoulders)
- trunk twist (core)
Do 3-5 sets of each exercise.
