  1. single dumbbell upright row
  2. bicep curl – close grip
  3. lat pull down – wide grip
  4. decline bicep dumbbell curl 
  5. dumbbell pull over 
  6. 3-part curl – 30/60/90-degree angles

Do 10-12 reps and 3-5 sets of each exercise. If you feel it, share the video.
