There’s Nothing Polarizing About Kale
Not sure why kale is such a polarizing cruciferous vegetable. People seem to love it or hate it. I don’t view it that way. The benefits of eating kale speak for themselves.
Kale is loaded with fiber, antioxidants, calcium, iron, potassium and vitamins C and K along with other nutrients that may help protect against diabetes, cancer, heart disease and osteoporosis. Eating kale may aid digestion and boost skin, hair and eye health.
I toss a handful of organic kale every day into my smoothie and occasionally use it in salads.
