Plant Based Diets & Cancer

Let’s lay this out for you in black and white. Over half a million Americans are diagnosed each year with breast, prostate or colorectal cancer. Scientific evidence shows that the risk of getting those cancers could be dramatically reduced or possibly avoided completely by eating a plant-based diet.

The Standard American Diet (SAD), filled with animal proteins, fat and cholesterol (which is only contained in animal products), and low in fiber (which only comes from eating plants), is a leading cause of cancer.
