No weights, no problem. Let’s get the legs moving in today’s Vibrant Energy Training Tip. While we usually do these four exercises with dumbbells, it’s still beneficial to do using body weight.
- Squats – legs shoulder width apart
- Squats – feet together
- Forward lunges (knee touching ground)
- Lateral lunges
Recover one minute before repeating the circuit 3-5 times total.
