1 Skull crushers
2 Elbows out lateral press
3 Tricep press
The dumbbells should touch at all times. During the elbows out lateral press, make sure the dumbbells line up and touch completely at the top of the movement.
Finish the set with the tricep press. The trio is one set.
Do 3 – 5 sets.
