- Single-leg curtsy
- Squats
- Sumo squats
- Static lunges
- Single-leg dead lift
- Lateral lunge
- Roman dead lift
- Sit backs (squeeze your glutes)
- Single-leg bridges followed by standard glute bridges
Knock out 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps.
