It’s officially beach body season! Let’s get to work on chest and triceps with dumbbells for today’s Vibrant Energy Training Tip.

1) decline pushups balanced on dumbbells

2) tricep press into a fly 

3) decline close grip pushups balanced on a ball

4) tricep throw back 

5) single arm chest press 

Work through this circuit 3-5 times.
