Cables Workout

One of the things we missed the most when gyms were closed was cables. Let’s work through an upper body cable circuit. 

  • flies (chest) – the decline angle changes things 
  • tricep extensions 
  • lat pulls – doing them on one knee forces you to engage your core
  • single arm bicep curls – cross chest and standard 
  • rear flies (shoulders)
  • trunk twist (core)

Do 3-5 sets of each exercise.
