Abs Workout

Keep those abs tight! Epic gym workout on tap for today’s Vibrant Energy Training Tip. 

  1. decline alternating trunk twists followed by isolated crunch and leg lifts 
  2. weight twists followed by oblique crunches 
  3. crunches with added weight plates 
  4. hanging crunches 
  5. cable crunches 
  6. cable twists (hockey players: do not  skip this one!) 

Do 10-15 reps and 3-4 sets of each exercise for a great hit.
