Contemplate each pillar individually and look for things that you can do to grow today, this week in each area. Commit to taking action today, this week. Then give it your best effort today, this week.
Overcome procrastination, distractions, obstacles, and challenges that will inevitably present themselves. If your will, your focus, your efforts, and your determination to grow are strong enough, you shall grow in leaps and bounds one day, one week at a time.
